You have the right at any time within the scope of the applicable legal provisions to provide free information about your stored personal data, source of the data, their recipients and the purpose of data processing and, if necessary, a right to correct, block or delete this data.
Data Security

Processing Your Data
Your details, which you provide us with when you register for an event, we process first for the execution of the event and for invoicing (Art.6 Abs.1 b DSGVO). The communication of data marked as mandatory is required for your participation or invoicing. Your data from the participation in events and other orders as well as the corresponding documents are stored in accordance with the legal requirements even after the conclusion of the contract in accordance with the statutory provisions.
Data that we obtain in the course of your registration and participation in events, through your purchase of goods, the purchase of paid and free services and information materials (e. g. downloads) and by request via contact forms and e-mail, we process in the legally permissible scope. In some of our events, we distribute participant lists (paper or digital) with personal data (usually first name, surname, position, company, city, country) to all participants in order to mainly facilitate the desired professional exchange among each other. We process or store your data until we obtain a revocation of your consent or objection to the processing of your data for advertising purposes.
A processing of your data takes place, so that we can address you personally and as needed. We inform you by post and / or email about our products and services only if we are convinced that this information is relevant and interesting for you. For this purpose, the necessary data (usually company, zip code, street address, title, first name, name, position) are transmitted to external service providers in Germany and Switzerland (e. g. letter shops). The data are transmitted to them for the sole and exclusive purpose of providing the service and must be deleted there immediately after provision of the service. Email Newsletter
To send our newsletter, we need an email address from you. Verification of the specified email address is necessary and the receipt of the newsletter is to be agreed. To obtain your consent to email advertising, we use the "double opt-in procedure". Your IP address will also be recorded and saved for documentation purposes. The data provided in your registration for the newsletter will be processed solely on the basis of your consent. A revocation of your already given consent is possible at any time.
